When filling out the contact form or emailing Fence Repair of Denver, the more information the better. Please include name, email, phone, address, and a project description (fence style, footage, fence tear out etc.). Please attach detailed photos of your damaged fence when possible. All of this information is very helpful and allows us to give a more accurate and timely estimate.

FREE ESTIMATE

Fence Repair of Denver will review your submission form, assess the damage to your fence and recommend the best possible repair solutions. If pricing lines up with your budget for the project, we will then schedule the repair. For more complicated projects, we may schedule a visit to confirm accuracy of our initial estimate. When possible we try to give multiple options to work within any budget constraints you may have for the project.

SERVICE

After discussing all details of the fence repair, estimate pricing, and possible repair dates, we will schedule the project. The home owner is not required, but is always welcome to be present during the fence repair. Fence Repair of Denver will pick up materials and typically arrive at the property between 9-10 AM.

LIABILITY

Fence Repair of Denver will not be liable for damage to buried equipement (sprinkler lines, sprinkler heads, cable lines etc.). We will do our best to avoid any damage of this sort but cannot predict where buried equipment may lie. We will call in utility locates for new fence lines when requested by the customer. Fence Repair of Denver will be responsible for on site injuries to its employees relating to the fence construction work.

PAYMENT

Once the fence repair is completed, we can walk the property to inspect the repair with you. We will go over any questions or concerns you may have. Once the fence repair is approved by the customer we ask for payment. Depending on the overall cost of the project, we may ask for 1/2 the total cost for a materials deposit before starting. Payment preferred by cash, check or Venmo. We do accept credit card payment with a 3.5% processing fee.
