We’ve found that receiving your basic project information through the contact form is the most efficient and timely way for us to help provide recommendations and pricing. Besides your general contact information, your ‘Project Description’ is the most helpful information for us to provide an accurate assessment. We understand this takes a little time to complete, but with this we can typically provide an accurate quote before most companies can make an in person visit to assess. Reference the notes above the form for instructions. We’ll do our best to respond to your inquiry asap given the work load we’re handling at that moment. If you’re project falls outside of our expertise, we’ll do our best to refer you to another company who may be able to help.

Once we’ve reviewed your submission, we’ll respond with our assessment or request further information needed to evaluate. With more complex projects and larger scopes, we may make an in person visit to verify our estimation. We’ll provide details as to how we will build your new fence or best solutions to repair your existing fence. When possible we’ll give multiple options to work within budget constraints you may have for your fence project. If you like our proposal, we’ll provide install date options that work with your schedule and time constraints. We’ll also give you an estimation of the time and number of days it will take to complete your project. Depending on the overall cost of the project, we may ask for 1/2 the total cost for a materials deposit before starting. We focus on one project at a time, so you can count on our full attention and care for your fence.

Fence Repair Of Denver will arrive the morning of your scheduled install date typically between 8-9 AM. This can vary depending on factors like time spent picking up materials, job location and traffic. The home owner is not required, but is always encouraged and welcome to be present during the project. We’ll need full access to both sides of the relevant fence lines (gates unlocked, and things moved away from fence prior to arrival). We’ll also need access to a power outlet and water spigot. We provide all tools and materials needed to complete the proposed work. Unknown circumstances can arise when taking apart an old fence or when we begin digging, although we’ll keep our head down and do our best to complete the project in the estimated time given.

Once we complete your project, we’ll give you time to assess and approve the work prior to payment. If the home or business owner isn’t present when the project is completed, we can send photos of the work before leaving for the day. We’re happy to answer any questions or concerns that you might have about the work we’ve done. We’ll provide any necessary instructions for fence care eg. allowing the concrete to cure before testing fence posts. Payment is preferred by cash, check, Venmo or Zelle.
