Yes. Please complete our website contact form. Include project details and photos. We will work with you to provide an initial estimate or quote by email. If your project is too complex to quote over email, we may schedule an in person visit to verify our initial assessment.

Fence Repair Of Denver offers a 5 year guarantee on all new fences. This means completely new fences, fence lines, gate sections etc. built from the ground up with all new materials. Our guarantee covers any issues that may arise due to the construction methods of the fence. We cannot cover anything out of our control such as water pooling near fence posts, soil erosion, tree limbs falling, natural disaster storms etc. Most repairs such as post modifications and gate adjustments cannot be guaranteed as the repair is partly adjoining/relying on old fence components. If you do have an issue with your repair, contact us and we’ll work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Yes, Fence Repair Of Denver is fully insured.

Fence Repair of Denver will not be liable for damage to buried equipment (sprinkler lines, sprinkler heads, utility lines etc.). We always do our best to avoid damage of this sort but cannot predict exactly where some buried equipment may lie. Customers are encouraged to call in utility locates in advance of their own project. You can do this online at www.colorado811.org/ or call 303-232-1991. We can also do this upon customer request.

Fence Repair Of Denver accepts nearly all forms of payment including cash, check, venmo, zelle, and credit card. We charge a 3% processing fee for credit card payments.

We request that you move any obstructions 3+ feet off the fence line where we will be working (eg. trash cans, lawn equipment, kids toys etc.). We will also need any tree limbs or vegetation trimmed back a few feet off the fence line to allow us to move freely through the work area. Unfortunately we are not setup for tree trimming services. Please clean up dog poop in the work area. We will need access to a power outlet and water spigot. Please leave all fence gates unlocked so we can maneuver efficiently around the property.

The customer is always encouraged to be home during installation, although this is not totally necessary. If you plan on being gone during the install, we’ll need to be made aware beforehand. We’ll need to have a clear understanding of where the work is being performed, location of power and water, and all gates will need to be unlocked prior to our arrival. We also recommend being available by cell phone during our install incase questions arise.

Fence Repair Of Denver will supply all materials for fence repairs and new fence projects. This allows us to ensure a quality product and guarantee our work.

Fence Repair Of Denver typically has a project minimum fee. This will vary from our slow to busy seasons. Spring and summer are much busier than fall and winter. FRD is most often times a one man company. Drive time, picking up materials, unloading and setting up tools and materials, performing the work, and clean up, typically only allows for 1 project per day, and only a few projects per week.

For ‘Project Description’ please include details (footage/measurements, old fence tear out, quantities of damaged posts/pickets/rails etc.). When possible, please attach photos of your existing fence (from both sides, and from a bit of distance so we can better understand the surrounding area). We can typically provide a more timely quote or ballpark estimate with this information. For larger and more complex projects, we’ll assess in person before providing a final quote.
